Beta Events sits above Alpha restaurant in the Sydney CBD, and it’s one of my favourite venues in the city. Raw architectural bones, exposed concrete and steel, with enough character that it doesn’t need much dressing. The kind of room that rewards restraint.
Bella and Marcus kept the styling modern and minimal, working with the industrial texture of the building rather than covering it up. When a venue has this much personality, the smartest thing a couple can do is get out of its way. Bella and Marcus understood that.
The evening was relaxed and unhurried. Good food from a kitchen with serious pedigree, long tables, and the kind of conversation that happens when everyone in the room is comfortable.
