I'm Jamie - A Sydney-based wedding, elopement & MICRO-WEDDING Photographer.
Photography was a natural progression for me. I grew up on a small farm, immersed in the natural world, taught to appreciate the simplicity of nature - light and the quiet, subtle beauty in ordinary moments. Photographing the way I saw the world just made sense.
I believe in the real story. My approach to weddings is simple - capture the day as it unfolds naturally and create stories for couples who want something a little different. Honest, grounded imagery with a modern artistic sensibility.
The best photographs aren't taken. They're allowed to happen. My job is to know you well enough beforehand that on the day, nothing about the camera feels foreign. What's left is the two of you, documented the way it actually was.
In 2019, I was named Australasia's Emerging Wedding Photographer of the Year.
When I’m not documenting weddings, elopements and micro-weddings, you’ll find me in the veggie patch, out in nature, playing with my pup Suki, surfing, or cooking something nourishing for my fiancé.
