Daisy and Jonathon were married at Seclusions in the Blue Mountains on a February afternoon. The venue sits at the foothills with long views across the valley, and every time I photograph there it feels like stepping into another world. The property is self-contained, ceremony and reception in one place, which strips away the logistics and lets the day breathe.
The highland cows appeared at sunset, wandering through as if they’d been scheduled. Daisy had the alpacas eating out of her hand. The best moments are always the unplanned ones.
Summer light in the Blue Mountains has a clarity to it that the city never offers. Long golden hour, clean air, and enough space that nothing feels crowded or rushed. Daisy and Jonathon matched that energy completely.
If you’re planning a Blue Mountains wedding, I’d love to hear from you.
